Customer Service Agreement
Operator: SiteUpcycle.
Email: hello@siteupcycle.com
Mail: 5441 S Macadam Ave #6666, Portland, OR 97239, USA.
This agreement is between SiteUpcycle ("SiteUpcycle," "we," or "us"), at 5441 S Macadam Ave #6666, Portland, OR 97239, USA, and the customer identified in the accepted order ("you"). The accepted order, this agreement, and the Refunds and Cancellations Policy govern the ordered service. The order controls project-specific scope, price, and timing if it differs from these standard terms.
1. Order and start date
Your order identifies the authorized website, report package, selected public pages and optional competitor pages, deliverables, price, required inputs, customer and delivery contacts, and target delivery date. The delivery clock starts when we have both verified payment and the required inputs, unless the order gives a later specific date. We will confirm the calendar delivery date in the order. Added pages, accelerated delivery, or other changes require written agreement before any added charge.
2. Your authority and responsibilities
You confirm that you own or are authorized to request review of the selected website and to share the materials you provide. Do not submit credentials, private URLs, full payment card details, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information in the ordinary report workflow. Provide accurate business context and a contact who can answer scope questions. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations and for obtaining specialist advice when needed.
3. Report service and limits
We perform a bounded, point-in-time review of the selected publicly accessible pages and deliver the report described in your order. We use recorded evidence, automated checks, and human review of material findings and the exact report before delivery. Access restrictions, site changes, technical failures, safety limits, and third-party availability may limit a check; we will disclose material limitations rather than state an unverified conclusion.
The standard report does not include private or authenticated areas, source-code review, penetration testing, transactions on your site, comprehensive accessibility or security testing, legal/compliance certification, or implementation unless the order expressly adds that work. A report does not authorize us to change your production site.
4. Delivery and corrections
We deliver the agreed report to the approved contact using the method stated in the order. Tell us about a factual error or missing agreed deliverable within seven calendar days after delivery by emailing hello@siteupcycle.com. We will review the evidence and correct warranted issues without an added fee. A preference change, a later site change, or additional scope is not necessarily a correction. Our Refunds and Cancellations Policy explains cancellation and remedies when agreed work cannot be delivered.
5. Price, payment, and cancellation
The accepted order states the total price and any applicable taxes before payment. Payment is made through the hosted payment provider. We do not collect full card numbers in our request form. We do not add fees or materially change scope without written agreement. The Refunds and Cancellations Policy applies to report cancellation, provider cancellation, corrections, and refunds. Separately quoted implementation has its own signed scope and cancellation terms.
6. Materials, report use, and publicity
You keep ownership of materials you provide and grant us permission to use them only as needed to perform, secure, support, and document the ordered work. After payment, you may use and share the delivered report within your organization and with advisers or implementers for your business. We retain our preexisting tools, methods, templates, and general know-how. We will not publish your name, logo, report, testimonial, or case study without separate written permission. Public website and other third-party content remain subject to their owners' rights.
7. Confidentiality and privacy
We will use reasonable care with nonpublic project information and limit its use to the service, support, security, required records, and legal obligations. Public website content does not become confidential merely because it appears in a report. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling, providers, choices, and retention. If a project needs a separate data-processing or security agreement, we will agree to it before that work begins.
8. Nature of advice
The report is informational, bounded, and point-in-time. It is not legal, tax, accounting, accessibility, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice or certification. Automated and human review can be incomplete or mistaken. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, conversion, revenue, compliance, security, or any particular business result. You should use qualified specialists for high-stakes decisions.
9. Pauses and ending an order
You may request cancellation by emailing hello@siteupcycle.com. If we need to pause or cancel work because it is unsafe, unauthorized, unlawful, or technically blocked, we will notify the customer contact listed in the order and explain the effect on scope, timing, and refunds. A material change to the order takes effect only when both parties accept it in writing. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Communications and acceptance
We may use the approved customer email address for service communications and delivery. The order records the customer's acceptance of this agreement and its version, the Refunds and Cancellations Policy, the price, and the exact scope before payment. Questions or notices about an order can be sent to hello@siteupcycle.com.
