This notice describes our website, service requests, reports, support, and related business records. It does not govern a customer's own website or an independent third party's services.

Information we handle

We may receive your name, work contact details, business details, website URL, project goals, messages, order and payment status, support requests, and materials you choose to provide. We collect limited public-page content, screenshots, measurements, and timestamps needed to review the selected website. Our hosting and security systems may record technical data such as IP address, device information, request time, and errors. Payment card details are entered with the payment provider, not into SiteUpcycle's general request form.

Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, government identifiers, health information, private analytics, or other sensitive information through an ordinary request. If separately scoped implementation requires access, we arrange a limited invitation or approved secure method for that task.

Why we use it

We use information to respond to requests, confirm scope and price, perform and review the service, provide reports and support, process payment and refunds, keep required business records, protect the service, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We use public website evidence only as needed for the agreed review and quality controls. We do not use a customer's name, logo, report, or testimonial in public marketing without separate permission.

Providers and AI assistance

We share information with service providers as needed for hosting, email, payment processing, document delivery, security, backups, accounting, and professional advice, or when required by law. Stripe handles hosted payment processing; Google Workspace handles service email. We will update this notice if a material change in our providers affects how your information is handled.

Our review system may use automated measurements and optional AI assistance with limited project context. AI output does not approve or send a report on its own: a person reviews material findings and the exact report before delivery. We do not submit credentials or payment card details to AI tools for ordinary report work.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, we will update the notice and provide choices required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We delete unqualified inquiries after 90 days and working website evidence and project files 90 days after final delivery, unless a correction, dispute, security matter, or legal duty requires longer retention. Contracts, invoices, payment records, and necessary support or suppression records are kept for the applicable business and legal period. Backups expire on their documented rotation; a deletion request may not immediately erase an existing backup. We restrict retained information and use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Email hello@siteupcycle.com to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. Some records must be kept for an order, accounting, security, dispute, or legal requirement; we will explain any applicable exception. You can opt out of marketing email using its unsubscribe method or by emailing us. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live; we will honor applicable rights.

Children and changes

Our services are intended for business decision-makers, not children, and we do not knowingly seek children's information. We will post a revised date when this notice changes and communicate material changes when required.
